When Angela Davis took the starting line on the U.S. track-and-field team, her ability to concentrate and focus on the finish line led her to incredible victories. After years of running professionally, Angela now has a challenge for all of you: 21 Days of Motivation and Movement to help you close the gap between where you currently are in your life and where you want to be.

For 21 days, you will have a new video that is saturated with motivational messages followed by a one-minute workout designed for everyone regardless of your level of physical fitness. Scientifically it takes 21 days to make or break a habit; are you ready to take the challenge?

From a young age, Angela was a fierce competitor, always striving to walk in the fullness of her purpose. And as she evolved over the years as an expert coach and professional encourager, she landed the opportunity to be part of Oprah’s The Life You Want Weekend tour. There she took the stage to inspire thousands to believe in themselves and trust that they were already equipped for victory. Her session incorporated positive affirmations, like the ones you see here in this series, along with momentous music and exercises.

Now, as a mother, a wife, a friend, a sister and a daughter, Angela has "sold out to her calling" in her life, leading her to greatness. Angela Davis was a member of the U.S. track-and-field team and an All-American who held world rankings in the 100-meter race. She also ran track professionally for Nike, stood as an Olympic Trials semi-finalist and held a spot on the World Championship team. Currently she trains private clients and is an admired spin instructor.
