As she made her way to the top of her field, professional athlete and fitness coach Angela Davis experienced transitions throughout her career as she grew. After being born into a family of athletes, sports were always running through her blood. When she was a young girl, she loved to play soccer but made a transition to track and field after a 13-year career in the sport. After achieving great titles in track and field, Angela transitioned into training her private clients and coaching as a spin instructor. With each transition brought transformations that catapulted her into more and more success.
The transition period in your life is where the greatest opportunities lie for transformation. To be in transition means that you are no longer where you were, but you are not sure where you're going. That moment of uncertainty requires faith.
