"You worrying today doesn't change the outcome of tomorrow, it just steals from the power of today," says Angela Davis, professional athlete and fitness coach. We all walk around with so much extra baggage and extra weight, so she asks, "What's in there? Worry? Fear? Limitations? Doubt? Lighten the load."
Angela's
21 Days of Motivation and Movement is intended to help lighten the load and instead place your focus on working toward achieving discipline, excellence and greatness. With each new workout, Angela's positive messaging will help you to lighten the load and clear your mind to have the ability to concentrate and work hard.
So often it is our own heavy thoughts of doubt and fear that keeps us bound, and it is up to us to break through all of it. Angela asks you to listen and move for 21 days to start filling your toolbox with all of the different tools that are necessary to jumpstart feeling good about yourself. And by listening to her message, "lighten the load" you can start to concentrate on the positive affirmations needed to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
When Angela had the opportunity to bring her passion, motivation and life skills to
Oprah's The Life You Want Weekend, she was able to encourage thousands to believe in themselves. She incorporated her affirmations, momentous music and exercises to move the masses toward change. Now, it's your turn.
In this workout Angela demonstrates RUSSIAN TWISTS, sitting on your sit bones, nice and tall through the core, squeezing the knees together, toes to the ceiling and twisting. The movement is exaggerated from the core and lasts for one minute. The workout begins when the clock starts.
