Bangers and mash, which is a stereotypical English dish. It's basically real sausages—not boiled pink hot dogs—with mashed potatoes and onion gravy. Whenever I go home, my mom makes it for me. If she thinks I haven't been eating, she'll put 15 sausages in the dish instead of the three it calls for.

Going to Iceland immediately after I won two Grammys last year. The first thing I did was jump into the Blue Lagoon. I spent the next three days doing things like hiking and being pulled on a sled by huskies. It was mad.
