How Babysitting Brings Shaniece and Her Boyfriend Closer

While Evelyn attends to family business in New York City, Shaniece takes on the responsibility of babysitting her little brother, Leo, Evelyn's 1-year-old son. To keep up with this active toddler, Shaniece calls on her boyfriend, Zat, for help.

"Watching Leo is a lot of work, but I'm thankful that Zat is here to help me," Shaniece says. "He loves Leo."

Shaniece says that seeing Zat, the father of a son from a previous relationship, with Leo makes her happy. "It brings a different dimension into our relationship. One day, I'm going to have a husband, and I'm going to have kids," she says. "I want a good dad and a good husband, so it's an attractive quality to have."

For the first time in her life, 21-year-old Shaniece gets a taste of what it would be like to juggle a career, a child and a man. "I have thought of what my life would be like if I married Zat. There's nothing negative; I just worry if it were to come tomorrow, will I be ready?" she says. "Divorce is my biggest fear for the future. I've seen so many relationships that have been torn apart in my family. It's scary."
