Evelyn Confides in a Close Friend About Her Recent Miscarriage

The last time Evelyn saw Michele Harrington, one of her best friends and the wife of former professional basketball player Al Harrington, Evelyn was pregnant with her third child. Since then, Evelyn suffered a miscarriage, and now, she says, she's ready to tell Michele what happened. "I don't want to get emotional because I feel like I've been crying about this forever," Evelyn says.

Like many women, Michele, who is now four months pregnant, knows firsthand what Evelyn is going through. Michele opens up about a pair of miscarriages that she suffered at 8 weeks and 17 weeks, respectively. "That was by far the hardest thing I have ever gone through," Michele says. "You have to stay busy. Some people's grieving is to just lay in the bed and cry all day, and that's how they get through things. Or you have other people like us that have to stay busy."
