What to Expect on The Paynes: "Real-Life Funny"

Cassi Davis Patton and LaVan Davis share what their new Tyler Perry comedy, The Paynes, is all about.

"It is a show of love and family and redemption," Cassi says.

In classic Tyler Perry style, the show will make viewers laugh, while delving into important topics. "Real-life issues, real-life problems, real-life funny," LaVan says.

Tune in Tuesday, January 16 at 10/9c for the season premiere; then The Paynes moves to its regular time slot, on Fridays at 9/8c, starting January 19.
