What Chris Brown's Ex-Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Learned About Oversharing on Social Media

For the past four years, model and actress Karrueche Tran's relationship with Chris Brown has played out on social media. From cheating rumors and breakups to the rumored love triangle with pop star Rihanna, many of Karrueche's 2 million Instagram and Twitter followers have expressed strong opinions about her decisions.

Now, just weeks after breaking up with Chris, Karrueche tells Iyanla Vanzant one of the lessons she's learned. "I have taken to social media to express my feelings," Karrueche says. "[Now] I'm, like, trying to throw my phone as far as possible. Yeah, it's the worst thing to do. ... It's nobody's business but you and the person or just you yourself."
