We're going to make the call right here: You will hope for leftovers with this decadent breakfast. It's a chai rice pudding studded with chunks of mango, which is creamy and delicious—but also made with weekday-friendly (read: healthy) ingredients, such as brown rice, 1-percent milk and nonfat Greek yogurt. You can make it in the jars suggested in the recipe, or try ramekins or even cereal bowls.
