How to Go on a Spiritual Quest Anywhere, Anytime

When we hear the words "spiritual quest," we might picture traveling to an ashram in India or a yoga retreat in Bali. Although these certainly would be amazing experiences, most people aren't able to drop everything on a whim. What if you're in a committed relationship with someone? Can you still go on a spiritual journey to find your truth?

Filmmaker Jonas Elrod went around the world looking for answers in his documentary, Wake Up, but he says there's no reason you can't find the same answers at home. "These answers are already in us," Jonas says. "We just have to learn how to access it."
