Alanis Morissette's Spiritual Mentor, Neale Donald Walsch

Season 1 Episode 106
Aired on 03/29/2015 | CC
Singer/songwriter Alanis Morissette says that at the height of her fame, her life was ruled by feelings of anxiety, insecurity and depression. Helping her get through those dark times was the man Alanis calls her spiritual mentor, Neale Donald Walsch, author of Conversations with God.

"The willingness of Alanis Morissette to allow herself to share her truth in a very public way is a mark of enormous personal courage," Neale says. "She's risking perhaps losing some of her audience, some of her popularity, and she risks people thinking something of her that they didn't think of her before."

Watch to find out why Neale believes Alanis is a spiritual teacher who will help others find a new level of consciousness.
