This Father's Day, Flex reflects on how quickly his kids are growing up and shares the wisdom that he'd like to pass on to them as they become young adults. Life teaches everybody at their own pace, but Flex hopes that by giving his daughter, Imani, and son, Elijah, three pieces of advice each, he can help them avoid one or two future heartaches by remembering these lessons that they would otherwise—as they say—"learn the hard way."
