Raw cabbage is a great source of vitamin C and, like other cruciferous vegetables, contains potent cancer-fighting phytonutrients. Feel free to adjust the spice to your tastes.

Ingredients 3 cups shredded cabbage2 oranges , peeled and sectioned1 Tbsp. sesame oil1/2 tsp. saltBlack pepper to taste
Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Let sit at room temperature for at least 5 minutes or in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving.
