Serves 12 to 14

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup malt vinegar
  • 1 recipe Stovetop Popcorn (see recipe)
  • 1 tsp. coarse sea salt

    Total time: 10 minutes

    In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter. Whisk in malt vinegar and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced to about 1/2 cup, about 5 minutes. Drizzle mixture evenly over popcorn and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and toss again. Serve immediately.
