  • 4 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
  • 6 sprigs thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 1 leek , dark green top, cut into a 5-inch length, washed
  • Directions
    For the sachet, wrap the parsley, thyme, bay leaves, and peppercorns in a small amount of cheesecloth and tie with butcher's twine.
