Serves 1


  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (warm)
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • Raw or local honey
  • Almond milk


    In a small bowl, mix the warm quinoa with the cinnamon and almond butter.

    Top with the blueberries, then add the honey and almond milk to taste.
