Green Ginger Smoothie Recipe

Makes 2 one-cup servings
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls spinach (2 ounces)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1" knob of ginger, peeled
- 2 pears, stemmed and cored
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 cup water
Directions
Total time: 5 minutes
Add all ingredients to a blender with 1/2 cup water and puree until smooth, adding up to 1/2 cup more water to thin as desired.
