The Date That Goes Wherever You Want It To
Sometimes, the simplest treats are the tastiest ones. That's the case with this three-bite, no-recipe-needed pick-me-up you can make ahead and stash in a plastic bag: pitted dates stuffed with nut butter. The dried fruit is sweet and the nut butter satiates, so you won't be hungry 20 minutes after snacking. The butter's slightly salty flavor is a nice match for the date's sweetness, too.
