Makes 2 one-cup servings

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls spinach (2 ounces)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1" knob of ginger, peeled
  • 2 pears, stemmed and cored
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 cup water

Directions


Total time: 5 minutes

Add all ingredients to a blender with 1/2 cup water and puree until smooth, adding up to 1/2 cup more water to thin as desired.
