Using straight pins, toothpicks, and a deep well of patience, Klausner sculpts crème-filled sandwich cookies into art reminiscent of cameos. "I feel most comfortable letting the figure come as I work," she says. Each piece takes up to six hours to make; when they're not being displayed, they live in Klausner's refrigerator.
