Mehgan James' fashion label, 800 West, is struggling to make a profit despite strong initial sales. Recently, Mehgan had a fallout with her business partner, Tanya, because Mehgan was failing to pay Tanya's vendors on time and was pocketing the profits from their purchase orders instead. When Mahisha confronts Mehgan about this, she dances around the questions, pretends to act confused and then gets angry and defensive. But Mahisha doesn't back down until Mehgan admits that they owe thousands of dollars to vendors.
