At Café Momentum, a Dallas-based restaurant and culinary training facility, at-risk youth who have spent time in juvenile facilities are given the chance to learn new skills that can transform their lives.

"Every kid deserves love. Every kid deserves an equal chance. And to me, this was an opportunity to do that," says chef and creator Chad Houser.
