Oh, Snaps!
"Hey, you adorable girl!" Oprah joked, smiling at her image as she tried out a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge smartphone. "I can't believe I'm taking a selfie. Now, instead of autographs, people ask for selfies. They've replaced 'hello.'" For this month's cover, even Oprah conceded to the power of the ubiquitous shot—though she drew the line at making a kissy-face at the camera. "I will not kiss myself," she laughingly protested, "because that would be the picture that goes around the world." Though the selfie was a success, we're not sure our cover star will adopt this particular tech trend. "I'm bad at selfies," she said. "I once took one with Idris Elba, and my thumb was in it."
