Whether you’re big, small, short, tall, curvy, round, or pear-shaped, you have to admit that the human body is a miraculous creation. I’m thankful for mine every day, and I take care of it as best I’m able. That means eating foods that give my body the nutrients it craves. And sleeping enough to let it properly recharge. And exercising to keep it as strong as it can be. For me these days, exercise is about agility and flexibility. I do a lot of resistance stretching. I practice yoga. And I walk, walk, walk. I think every day is better when it includes a hike. Sky + trees + movement = happiness for my body and for me.
