This dressing also does double duty as a dip for french fries or breaded tofu.

Makes about 1/3 cup


  • 1/4 cup stone-ground mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup


Mix the mustard and maple syrup together in a bowl. When ready to serve, microwave for 30 seconds (or mix and gently heat in a pan over low heat). Thin with a tablespoon or so of water if it appears too thick.
