Serves 1


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large, ripe pear, chopped
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


    Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pears, cardamom, cinnamon and maple syrup. Cook for roughly 3 minutes, until warm and tender. Stir in pumpkin seeds, set aside.

    Place the yogurt in a glass and stir in the vanilla. Top with the warm pear mixture, another dash of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup.
