Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
  • ¼ tsp. paprika

Directions
Put cauliflower on a baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil; and sprinkle with salt, cumin and paprika. Toss well and roast at 400° for 30 minutes.
