Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • A pinch or 2 of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

    Directions


    Prepare the quinoa according to the package directions, then divide it between 2 bowls. Mix it with the remaining ingredients, dividing the ingredients between the 2 bowls.
