Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 40 walnut halves
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

    Directions


    In a medium bowl, stir together the pumpkin puree and the goat cheese. Place the walnut halves on a serving plate with the flat sides facing up. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of cheese mixture on each and top with a cranberry.
