Ingredients


  • 1 (15-ounce) can lychee fruit, including juices, chilled
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice, chilled
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • 2 Tbsp. vodka

    Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a container and refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours. Pour into an ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
