Oprah's Ginger Peach Sorbet Recipe

Serves 8
Ingredients
4 cups chopped ripe peaches (about 6 medium)
½ cup superfine sugar
1 Tbsp. pickled ginger
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Pinch of fine sea salt
¼ cup water
Directions
Cook time: 2 hours
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a container and refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours. Pour into an ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
