Leave out the tahini and lemon juice from the classic recipe, and use only 1 Tbsp. each olive oil and water. Add 1 medium peeled and pitted avocado, 2 Tbsp. lime juice, ½ tsp. onion powder or 2 Tbsp. chopped red onion, 1 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves, 1 Tbsp. diced and seeded jalapeño, and an extra ¼ tsp. salt (½ tsp. total).
