The Delicious Matcha Dessert that Doesn't Need Baking

Chill 2 large, ice-filled glasses in the freezer. In a screw-top, pint-size glass jar, combine matcha powder, milk and sweetened condensed milk. Shake to combine. Remove glasses from freezer, divide matcha mixture between them, and top each with ⅔ cup carbonated water. Stir and serve immediately.
