Mango Smoothie Bowl with Kiwi and Coconut Recipe

Serves 2 to 3
2 large frozen bananas
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 1/2 to 2 cups kefir, or coconut milk
Juice of half a lime
1/4 cup hempseed
Toppings: diced kiwi, sliced raw coconut, hempseed, flaxseed
Combine banana, mango, kefir and lime in blender; blend until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup hempseed. Top with kiwi, coconut, additional hempseed and flaxseed.
