  • 1/3 cup oats, soaked overnight in 3 Tbsp. natural yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Flesh of 1/4 fresh coconut, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. shelled hemp seeds
  • 2 squares dark chocolate, chopped

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
