Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nonpareil capers, plus 1 Tbsp. brine
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. coarsely chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots (from 1 to 2 shallots)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

    Directions
