Caper-Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe

Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
1/4 cup nonpareil capers, plus 1 Tbsp. brine
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. coarsely chopped flat leaf parsley
2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots (from 1 to 2 shallots)
Zest of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
