Pan Roasted Bananas in Coffee Maple Syrup with Yogurt Cream Cheese

An A.M. Sundae
This indulgent dish combines some of the tastiest morning foods known to man: maple syrup, coffee, yogurt and fruit. It's surprisingly easy, too, and reminds us of an ice cream sundae with its creamy, crunchy and fruity components. You cook bananas in butter, then simmer brewed coffee with maple syrup and pour it over the fruit. Toss in some plums, spoon a cream cheese-yogurt spread over it, sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
