Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and black pepper

    Directions
    In a small bowl, mix together the tahini, water and lemon juice until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
