Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. finely grated orange zest (from 1 orange)
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • 24 ounces coleslaw mix (or 8 cups shredded red cabbage, 8 cups shredded green cabbage, and 1 cup shredded carrots)
  • Kosher salt to taste

In a large bowl, combine orange zest, orange juice, oil, honey mustard, lemon juice, and five-spice powder and whisk until combined. Season with salt to taste. Add remaining ingredients. Toss and massage slaw until slightly wilted, about 1 minute. Refrigerate 2 hours. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
