Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. cherry preserves
  • Pinch flaked sea salt

    Directions
In a bowl, mix together goat cheese, cream cheese, dried cherries and sage.

Place a lightly greased 3-inch round form, or biscuit cutter, on a serving plate, or board, and spoon cheese mixture into the form; pack tightly. Remove the form and top cheese with cherry preserves and salt. Serve with crackers.

Can be made 2 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Set cheese out at room temperature and top with cherry preserves prior to serving.
