Turkey Lasagna
I thought my lasagna-eating days were done, but when I tried this dish for the first time, it was amazeballs! The key is to either buy a really high-quality lean ground turkey product or get a boneless, skinless turkey breast and grind it yourself with a few pulses in the food processor.

Strawberry Sorbet
The key to any good sorbet is the quality of the fruit. The ideal is fruit that's been allowed to ripen on the vine until it's full of flavor; even when it's not in season, you can buy it frozen.
