After a nap-inducing lunch, try this reviver: The ginger provides fiery heat, while the lemongrass stimulates with a citrus scent.

  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 2 very thin slices of ginger

Directions

Active time: 2 minutes
Total time: 6 minutes


Slice lemongrass stalk in half lengthwise and peel off outer layer. Bash each half with the end of a rolling pin to bruise it.

Fill 2 mugs with very hot water and place one piece of lemongrass in each. Infuse 3 minutes.

Add ginger slices for 30 seconds and remove.
