Servings: Serves 5; serving size 3/4 cup per person
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°. Granola is made by combining all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, combine raspberry sauce, vanilla, honey and apple juice. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and begin mixing. Dry ingredients should be well coated and turn semi-pink due to the raspberry sauce. After mixing, place granola on a sheet pan. Bake granola for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Granola should be mostly crunchy when it comes out of the oven. Leave granola on the sheet pan and set on a table to allow drying time. During drying time, stir granola to air-dry. Serving size is 3/4 cup and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
