  • Mirin sauce
  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Four to six lemons and limes
  • Dijon mustard
  • Mayonnaise and low-fat mayo
  • Ketchup
  • Yellow onions
  • Six shallots
  • Four bulbs of garlic
  • Two 28-ounce cans of chopped tomatoes
  • Two jars of your favorite sauce
  • Two quart-size boxes of organic chicken stock
  • Two15-ounce cans cannellini and white navy beans
  • 15-ounce can black beans
  • Two 15-ounce cans nonfat black beans
  •  Two cans enchilada sauce
  •  Assorted semolina pasta, including angel hair, linguine, penne, farfalle and pastina (little macaroni product such as shells or little tubes)
  • Arborio rice, white rice and brown rice
  • Dry white wine
  • Canned minced clams
  • Canned tuna, in water or olive oil
  • Sourdough and whole wheat bread
  • Canned peas and corn

  Keep stocked in the fridge:
