Try this healthy alternative to satisfy your chocolate cravings.
Servings: Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 8 Tbsp. Hershey dark chocolate chips
  • Directions
In a pot, add 3 cups of water and bring to a simmer. Cover the pot with a metal bowl that's big enough to cover the pot but not so big that it won't sit in the pot. Add the chocolate chips to the bowl. Stir the chips until melted. Once melted, you can dip the strawberries. Place the strawberries on a cookie sheet with aluminum foil that is sprayed with Pam nonstick cooking spray. When all strawberries are done, refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours before you serve to harden the chocolate.
