Place chipotles in adobo sauce (including the sauce), mayonnaise, lime juice, and kosher salt in a blender and puree until smooth.
If chipotle sauce is too spicy, add more mayonnaise. Use any extra sauce on sandwiches, grilled corn, or roasted vegetables.
