Why This Baywatch Beauty Now Drives an Ice Cream Truck

Nicole Eggert started out in show business when she was a young girl, landing roles on '80s sitcoms like Who's the Boss? and Charles in Charge before being cast as a lifeguard on Baywatch. Now, after more than 30 years in Hollywood, Nicole, the mother of two daughters, has found her sweet spot as the owner of Scoops, an ice cream shop on wheels.

"I always kind of dreamed of having something like this for the birthday parties that I planned for my oldest daughter, and there just never was anything out there like that," she says. "All the ice cream truck guys were creepy."

In between acting gigs, Nicole drives her truck to private parties and weekend farmers' markets. "You're not going to see it driving around your local neighborhood," she says.
