Tour Nia Peeples' Tricked-Out, Double-Wide Trailer Home

When Nia Peeples, the actress best known for her roles on Fame and Pretty Little Liars, and her family decided to downsize, Nia's husband suggested moving into a trailer near the beach. At first, Nia says, she scoffed at the idea. However, she eventually agreed to give it a try.

Now, Nia, her husband and their children live in Malibu in a mobile home that they've completely remodeled to meet their needs. From the custom kitchen to the multipurpose laundry room, Nia has come up with creative ways to maximize minimal square footage.

"The thing that surprised me the most about how I responded to moving in to such a small place is not that I loved it; the thing that surprised me was that we would always have people in our house, and I loved being that person that could supply that," she says. "That was really the saddest part, when I thought about not having that kind of a property; I wouldn't have the space. ... I was dead wrong. People still come."
