Actress Lisa Rinna, a 52-year-old mother of two and star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
, may be blessed with a body that most women strive for, but she's the first to admit that it hasn't come easy.
When Lisa was a young woman, she began playing competitive tennis, and ever since, she's had a regular exercise routine. "Staying in shape has always been a big part of my life," she says. "Luckily, I was born with good genes, first and foremost—and I know that."
These days, Lisa says working out is like brushing her teeth. Whether it's practicing yoga, hiking or spinning, she tries to get her heart rate up every day. "I'm always doing something...because [it makes me] feel better," she says. "If I feel better, I'm nicer. If I'm nicer, my life goes better."
