Former Indian Street Child Inspires Others

Satender Sharma, a Salaam Baalak Trust volunteer, introduces Steven and the team to the old Delhi railway station contact point, which provides food, education, and shelter for children living on the streets. Satender fled home at the age of 13 to escape his abusive father and lived on the streets until he found hope and a new beginning at a Salaam Baalak Trust contact point.
